The former name Pilipinas Hino Inc. is a joint venture among Filipino Investors together with Hino Motors Ltd and Marubeni Corporation of Japan. Hino Motors has been relaunched under the new majority ownership of Hino Motors Ltd.
Until today Hino Motors Philippines continues to contribute into the transport business and it has evolved responding to the unique requirements of the commercial vehicle transport sector. Hino started its factory in Valenzuela and expanded its state of the art facility to Canlubang Indsutrial Estate in Laguna where bodies of Hino Trucks, Bus and Utility vehicles are manufactured.
Hino Motosr Philippines also distributes genuine Hino parts and accessories providing long term service to its clients offering customization from assembling the vehicle to building the body based on the desired specification of the client including maintenance, repair and refurbishing. Hino gives utmost importance to developing and maintaining a long term relationship with its customers catering various industries, including logistics, healthcare buses like mobile clinics, mobile x-ray vans, hospital buses and other government use. Hino currently has sixteen dealers with several locations around Metro Manila and also in most key provincial cities.
Now Hino Motor Philippines on its 40th year recognize the challenge of increasing competition that comes with new trade policies on both local and global level aiming to grow its network to 20 dealers in the coming years.
SYSTEMS ANALYST
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelors or College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least two years working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skills: SQL, PHP, Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Software Maintenance, Software Development Process, Software Requirements, Software Architecture
- Preferably one to four years experienced employee specialized in IT Computer, Network, Systems, Database Admin or Equivalent.
MECHANICAL and INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors or College Degree and Professional Licenses
- Must know how to drive
- At least one year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Applicants must be willing to work in Canlubang Calamba City
- Preferably one to four years experienced employee specializing in Manufacturing, Production operations or equivalent.
- With above average communication skills, oral and written.
- Adept in technical writing and able to create training modules.
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Creative and interested with designs
- Flexible, result driven and goal oriented
- Willing to travel nationwide, as needed.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors or College Degree, Engineering (Electrical)
- Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer
- With at least two years working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably one to four years experienced employee specializing in Engineering Electrical or Equivalent
- Responsible in designing, implementing and maintaining electrical safety standard
- Performs detail calculation, computation and establish electrical installation and standard specification.
- Responsible in processing annual renewal of electrical building permit.
- Trained in Electrical design, electrical machinery safety and IET wiring for electrical systems or wiring regulation.
ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATES
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors or College Degree, Finance, Accountancy, Banking or Equivalent with Professional License
- Knows how to drive is an advantage
- At least one year of work experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably one to four years experienced employee specializing in Finance, General Cost Accounting, Credit and Collection or Equivalent
- With above average communication skills both written and oral
- Willing to work in Canlubang Calamba City, Laguna
