100,000 One Hundred Thousand Jobs for Mindanao Railway System

Mindanao Railways System Project Both in Execution and Implementation will Generate 100,000 Jobs for Filipinos.

According to Mindanao Development Authority during the execution stage of the project Twenty percent of the workforce will be from the Chinese counter part who funded the project and 80 percent will for the Filipinos, in addition the estimated jobs do not include the operation and will increase the needs.

Ang OEC excemption ay madali pong makuha, ito po ay libre at di tulad ng dati magbabayad ng 100 pesos para magkaroon ng OEC. Subalit, isa lang pong paalala kelangan po ay naka rehistro muna kayo sa BM online at nakapagrenew ng OEC noon gamit ang BM Online, dahil kapag hindi kelangan nyo padin magbayad ng 100pesos para sa panimulang transaction at sa mga susunod nyong renewal ay wala nang bayad, ang importante po ay nakapagrenew kayo online noon simula. Sa Mga Baguhan or first time magrerenew gamit ang BM ONline or mga bagong balik manggagawa o di kaya first time, ito ang mahalagang bagay na mga gagawin.

1. Mag register ng appointment sa BM Online (pano ito: mag internet at pumunta sa website ng Balikmanggagawa bmonline.ph, kahit isearch sa google ay makikita nyo ito.
2. Mas mainam na kung nasa abroad pa kayo o di kaya pauwi palang ng pinas ay nakapag paapointment na, minsan kasi wala nang oras pagumuuwi pa ng probinsya at minsan wala nang pera para lumuwas inuubos na sa inom at kung ano pang bagay, tandaan kelangan unahin muna ang mga babayarin bago ang kasiyahan sa paguwi.

6. E print screen ang confirmation number, (pindutin ang print screen at magopen ng paint at pumunta sa edit at paste, o di kaya mag open ng microsoft word at pinduting ang edit at paste.
7. ipaprint ito at dalhin pagpumunta ng ng airport.
8. Ang pinakamabilis na paraan para hindi na mag print screen, kapag lumabas ang confirmation number na excemption sa computer screen, picturan naalng ito gamit ang cellphone mo. Pwede na itong ipakita sa immigration.

Sa mga datihang balik manggagawa:

1. Mas madali ang paraan para ma excempt
2. Pumunta lang sa website ng bm online at log-in gamit ang inyong dating email id.
3. Kapag nakapasok na or log in na sa inyong account, pindutin nalang ang oec excemption, paglumabas na ang confirmation number iprint screen at paste sa microsoft word at iprint, o di kaya picturan nalang ito gamit ang inyong cellphon.

(Kapag datihan na at hindi pa nakapagparehistro sa BM online, kelangan magpaapointment sa at OEC renewal, magbabayad padin kayo ng 100pesos para makakuha ng excepmtion.)

Mga paalala: ang philhealth po ay hindi pwersahang kelangan bayaran para makakuha ng excemption or oec, ganun nadin ang pag-ibig, bahala po kayo kung bayaran nyo o hindi, pero mas mabuti para sa inyo kung bayaran ninyo para my makuha man lang kapag nawalan na ng trabaho sa abroad or tapos na ang kontrata.

Ang OWWA po ay ibang document, hindi po ito ang OEC, ang OWWA po ay kelangan padin bayaran, ngunit ito ay tuwing dalawang taon, kung sa paguwi ninyo ay expire na, so kelangan nyo itong bayaran, 1,200 pesos ito.

How to Get the Refund of your Terminal Fee from you Airline Ticket

If you are an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) who’s ticket is purchased by you or a company you have the right to collect your refund. In Philippine Law all Overseas Filipino Workers are exempted for terminal fee and tax fees but not on domestic terminals. In getting your refund you must have on hand your Overseas Filipino Certificate (OEC), a ticket receipt, and boarding pass.

It is not difficult to get your refund if you have the complete documents, some people are confused about the “LI” (this means a receipt of your ticket), in case you do not have it, you may visit any of your airline counter and request for a receipt politely, please be reminded that most of airline counters are agents and it is not their duty to provide you receipt but from the ticketing office, however, if you are requesting politely they may consider helping you and print it for you.
Some Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) are impatient to fall in line collecting their refund, common reaction was to leave when they see a long line. As per my experience it is not difficult to collect the refund, cashiers are quick and organized, some people mentioned that there is no instruction posted, if you look around or even spend time reading the marker or the banner, all the requirements are clearly mentioned provided in front of refund cashier. The duty personnel in the refund counter are nice and well trained. I am saying this because of my multiple experience getting the refund.
Finally from the queue you well get your refund as a reward. The fund center is not busy all the time, coming earlier for your flight time may give you more time to look around and find the refund counter.

Please note that the ticket to be refunded is the ticket that you are holding for a single journey flight going to your country of work, for vacationer coming from their country of work may not collect the refund.

Dahil ang Saudi Arabia ay isang bansang sensitibo at strikto sa mga relasyon sa mga babae at lalaki na halos nakatalukbong ang katawan mukha at buhok ng mga kababaihang ng itim na tela upang hindi mabigyan ng malisya at mapagpantasyahan, ganon din naman sa mga lalaki na kung saan ay dapat simple lang ang pananamit at bawal mag short pants, ang pangunahin batas ng Saudi ay bawal makaatract ng opposite se-x, kaya dapat kung ikaw ay lalaki ay dapat di Kadin nagdadamit ng kapansin-pansin upang di ka mapansin at mapagnasahan ng mga babae.

Ngunit sa kabila ng mga pagbabawal hindi naman nakasaad sa batas ng kaharian na bawal ang relasyon sa kapwa lalaki, kaya naman ang mga pinoy na lalaki ay malayang nagmamahalan at nagkakadevelopan, minsan bukod sa magkakasama sa isang kwarto, minsan magkapares din, kaya naman nagkakaroon ng pagnanasa. Kwento ng mga nakatatandang OFW sa Saudi ay noon daw hindi naman ganoon karami ang mga bading at iyon din ang ipinagtataka nila, lalo na sa panahon ngayon hindi mona halos marecognize ang tunay na lalaki at bading, dahil marami sa mga bading ang malalaki ang katawan at mga pogi pa, malalaman mo nalang na kapag malagkit ang tingin sayo o di kaya madalas mag gym dahil doon malaya nilang nakikita ang lahat ng gusto nila sa matipunong katawan ganong narin na makahalubilo ang pinapantasya nila. Nagkaroon ako ng konting pag-aaral kung bakit ngaba dumadami ang bading na pinoy sa Saudi. Meron akomg ininterview na bading at seryoso din naman ang kanyang mga naging pahayag, para daw sa kanya my halo din itong psychological issues dahil ang transformation daw ng pagiging bading ay hindi lang dahil sa pagnanasa sa kapwa kundi dahil din sa kalandian, wika nya sa kanya alam nya daw a bading na siya noong bata pa sya pero di naman daw sya nagkagusto kaagad sa kapwa nya lalaki, ang sakanya dahil ay kalandi-an mahilig sya sa mga gawi at manamit ng pang babae, ika nga eh fashion., nabanggit nya din na dahil sa pagiisip ng isang lalaki na walang permanenteng adhikain o hindi makumportable sa iisang sitwasyon, trabaho at ano mang aktibidades ay nagkakaroon ng insecurity at doon hinahanap nya ang kanyang sarili kung ano talaga sya. Isa rin daw sa dahilan kung bakit nagiging bading ang iba sa Saudi ay dahil nagugustuhan din sila ng kapwa lalaki o di kapwa lalaki na arabo. Maraming arabo ang nagkakagusto sa bading dahil sabi nila mababango ang mga ito, at higit sa lahat hindi lahat ng arabo ay nakakapag asawa agad kayang kakulangan nila sa pakikipagtalik ay ibinubuhos nalang sa bading. Di ko alam kung paano mapipigilan ito, ngunit isa lang ang masasabi ko , lahat ay Malaya at kung kaibigan kita na nagiging bading, huwag ka mag-alala kung saan ka masaya suportahan taka…
