Online Contract Verification on OWWA (for OFW)

Sa mga OFW ng balik manggagawa na nagpalit ng Employer o di kaya sa mga bagong OFW na kelangan mag pa verify ng Contract ay magagawa na ito Online with Electronic Verification.

Hindi na po natin kelangan pumunta ng OWWA sa embassy man or remote branches lahat magagawa na po natin sa online pati nadin ang pag bayad.

Paano , eto po ang steps

Step 1: Sign up / create account sa website nila : DMW.DATAFLOWGROUP.COM

- Enter Email address, at OTP (6 digit) isesend sa email for verification.

Step 2: Upload mo lahat ng scanned required documents, gaya ng Passport, Residence ID (sa ibang bansa), signed Employment Contract

Step 3: Payment - Convenience Fee (Online Payment)

Step 4: EKYC Identity Check

- mag Selfie Kasama ang Passport or Selfie sa Residence ID (Sa ibang bansa) - at i upload

- Video Selfie - at iupload

Step 5: Approval and Download

- Maghintay with 3 to 4 Days

- makakareceive ng email after Approval

Step 6: Payment - Verification Fee (Online Payment) 

Step 7: Download your Verified Contract Report

- OEC will be availabile within 24 hours at the portal.

 Sa mga kapwa nating OFW

Sa mga pagkakataong hindi maiwasang pag alala at baka magka aberya sa araw at orang ng inyong paglipad, hindi na po maripan humingi ng tulong sa ating OWWA representative.

Ang mabilisang aksyon at tulong ay nasa NAIA 1 Terminal, subok ko na po ito, sa ilang beses ako nagkakaroon ng problema sa immigration sila lagi ang tumutulong sakin.

May pagkakataon na hindi naveverify ng system ng immigration ang impormasyon ng isang ofw sa owwa portal at kung saan nandoon ang owwa para tumulong, mababait at maasikaso po sila., wala akong masabi sa serbisyo at tulong na ginagawa nila.

Meron akong isang kaibigan na nahirapan talaga makapag renew ng kanyan OEC online at doon lang sa airport terminal 1 owwa ang mga nakatulong sa kanya, maayos at maasikaso po sila.

OWWA Membership Renewal Depende sa Region ang madaling Pag renew

Ang OWWA membership renewal ay hinda pare pareho na madaling mag renews, base eto sa karanasan gn ating mga OFW at ako nadin.

Napansin ko na mas madaling mag renew ng OWWA membership sa mga probinsya kung ikukumpara mo sa Manila. Sa totoo lang mass mainan na huwag na mag renew sa manila area sa kadahilanang mauubos lang ang pera mo at oras, at bukod pa doon ay papahirapan ka ng OWWA office lalong lalo na sa main.

Kahit ito ay renewal lang ang dami pang hinihingi na documento bukod doon sa proof of payment or resibo mo noon last renewal at kahit may dala kang exit-reentry pabalik sa the same employer mo. Bukod sa mga dokumentong eto na nagpapatunay na myembro ka at babalik ka sa parehong kumpanya or employer hiningi padin nila ang original copy ng visa mo (ung unang beses na pag punta mo sa employer) at pati nadin ang verified copy daw ng kontrata (ang pagkakaalam ko base sa ibang ofw na nagrerenew kahit sa abroad kekelanganin lang ang verified copy ng contract kapag nagpalit or lumipat ka ng employer). Sa ginagawang eto ng owwa ay tila panggigipit sa mga ofw na nasa manila, at kung galing kapa ng probinsya ay wala kang mapapala.

Kaya mas mainam na sa provincial offices nalang mag renew ng owwa membership dahil dito base sa karanasan ko ay napasimple, exit reentry visa lang, lumang resibo at copy ng iyong latest passport ay sapat na dahilt ito ay nakikita naman nila sa system tracking nung last renewal mo.

Kaya mga ka ofw; umiwas na tayo sa manila owwa at siguradong pahihirapan lang kayo, magbabayad na nga pahihirapan kapa at hindi maayos ang trato ng mga empleyado doon.

Sa probinsya nalang mag renew, mabilis, maayos at mababait pa ang mge owwa employees sa probinsya.

Paano Makakuha ng 20,000 Pesos sa OWWA

OWWA 20,000 Pesos Balik Pinas Balik Hanap Buhay Program

Sa mga balik bayan na uuwi at pauwi ng Pilipinas ay maari kayong makakuha ng 20,000 Pesos kahit pa hanggang 3 taon mula nang dumating kayo sa Pilipinas.

Ang programa ng OWWA na Balik Pinas Balik Hanap Buhay lively hood program ay para matulungang bigyan ng puhunan ang mga Balik bayan Active or Inactive members na kahit may dalawang beses lang nagbayad ng owwa contribution.

Ang 20,000 pesos na makukuha ay maximum na amount sa mga regular owwa members na nagbayad ng mahigit 3 beses at kung mas kaunting kontribution ang makukuha na pinaka mababang halaga ay 5,000 pesos.

Kung gusto maka avail ng programang ito ay kelangan lang bumisita sa kahit na anong owwa centers sa lugar ang mag fill the application forms at mag submit ng requirements.

Itong inpormasyon na ita ay galing mismo sa owwa, at ang makukuhang tulong na amount sa livelyhood ay ayon sa inyong tagal ng contribution, huwag mag expext ng 20,000 na makukuha kung ikaw ay isang beses or dalawang beses lang nag contribute.

Kaya sa mga kapwa nating OFW siguraduhing nagbibigay tayo ng contribution every 2 years, para kung ano mang ang mga programang mabibigay sa mga x ofw ay makukuha sa future.

Philippine International Airport (NAIA) was able to successfully hand over the Airport to the New Management and Owner (San Miguel Corporation) and the start of improvement is to re assign airlines terminals to a much easier and understandable to all passengers.

All International Airlines Flights except Philippine Airlines will shift its operation at Terminal 3

All Philippine Airlines International Flights will shift its operation to Terminal 1

All Domestic Airlines Flights including Philippine Airlines operations will be in Terminal 2.

Terminal 4 will be close for further announcement.

Some fees will be change but the process of travelling will be more convenient.

Egates for Immigration will be improve to accommodate more passengers and baggage handling will be improved. 

All airline lounge will be available for each terminals and OFW supports will be available for all terminals with the cooperation of DMW to continue its support and service.

All transit bus operating route of all terminals manage by Airport Authority will continue to be free of charge.

All paid transport service will have their own stations and table rates for the routes that is approved by the airport authority; complaint desk will be available to support all passengers.

San Miguel Corporation guarantees a better service and to provide good contractors for supervisions and security.

Bagong Procedure ng PAL sa pag claim ng Ticket Tax refund ng OFW

 OFW kabayan, lalo na mga balik manggagawa, meron na namang new procedure para makuha mo ung 550 Pesos refund mo sa ticket base ito sa experience ko last April 2024 nung pagbalik ko sa abroad.

Sa NAIA terminal 1 at sa iba pang terminal noon ay napakabilis lang ng pagkuha ng refund, ang requirements, boarding pass, OEC at passport pila kalang saglit at ipakita ang mga ito tapos makukuha mo na ung 550 pesos, ngayon nagulat ako parang pinahirap.

Mas maiinis ka kapag mahaba na ang pila at pagdating mo doon sa claim eh may kulang pa pala. Kelangan mo muna pumunta doon sa boarding gate para humingi ng printout for claim, tapos babalik ka ulit doon sa taass para pumila ulit. Ang pinagtataka ko lang bakit ginawang kumplekado.

Sana doon nalang din sila tumambay sa malapit sa airline boarding gate.

Urgent! Before May 1 ,2023 - Procedure to Get OFW Unpaid Claims in Saudi Arabia Employers

The Philippine Department of Migrant Workers has just announce the first step to get the OFW unpaid claims in Saudi Companies. The displaced Overseas Filipino Workers must send email to saudiclaims@dmw.gov.ph in order to assessed and register in the list to finalized the claims before DMW meeting with Saudi Ministry of Human Resources. The Deadline until May 1, 2023

To all OFWs with unpaid claims and wages from their previous company in Saudi Arabia that has declared bankruptcy from year 2015 to 2019 may send email DMW for quick assistance.
