Japan is Booming but its Citizens Population is
decreasing. The World's third largest economy could be even in better shape by
welcoming large scale immigration. The demographic challenges may soon start to
overtly work in the economy's favor with unemployment down to 2.8 percent.
Companies are starting to recognize the need to lack in staff before the hiring
pool disappears and this means workers to be paid more. As admitted by lower
base companies this is starting slowly, the raise of payment among part time
workers in the small businesses.
Japan worries with the decreasing population as seen in
their economic growth for the last quarter may be reverse to down growth as the
population decrease with the consumption tax be more lower in the near future.
Japan Prime Minister Shinzu Abe believes that the country's demographic
challenges are still big, it needs to be either embrace large scale immigration
as a solution to labor shortages or make greater use of robots.
