NAIA TERMINAL 1: Departure Area, Third Floor
Step 1: For New OFW should present their OEC at OFW
Lounge and Validate before going to the counters. For Returning OFW you may
proceed to next step. Step 2: Check in at your Airline counter (Including your
luggage) Step 3: Proceed to OEC Validation center in front of immigration
counter to Validate your OEC Exemption number or print out. Note: You may skip
all this steps however most of the time immigration counter has no updated
system about OFW validation, to avoid this it is better to validate before proceeding
to immigration, or else the immigration officer will request you to go back on
validation and return to him after getting the confirmation form. Step:4
Proceed to the Bureau of Immigration Counters.
NAIA TERMINAL 2: Departure Area, Second Floor
Note: Before All Steps All OFW's should go for Visa Check
Outside the Terminal 2 Departure Area in Front of Entrance gate (This only
applies in Terminal 2, other terminals Visa Check are in Airline Check in
Counters.)

location and Validate before going to the counters. For Returning OFW Validate
your OEC Exemption number or print out. Step 2: Check in at your Airline
counter (Including your luggage) Step 3: Proceed to OEC Validation center in
front of immigration counter to Validate your OEC Exemption number or print
out. Note: You may skip all this steps however most of the time immigration

Validation area in beside the entrance gate and Validate before going to the
counters. For Returning OFW Validate your OEC Exemption number or print out.
Step 2: Check in at your Airline counter (Including your luggage) Step 3:
Proceed to OEC Validation center in front of immigration counter to Validate
your OEC Exemption number or print out (POEA-LCA). Note: You may skip all this
steps however most of the time immigration counter has no updated system about
OFW validation, to avoid this it is better to validate before proceeding to
immigration, or else the immigration officer will request you to go back on
validation and return to him after getting the confirmation form. Step:4
Proceed to the Bureau of Immigration Counters.
Options: You can refund your travel ticket tax at OFW
refund center located inside near Departure gates waiting area; In case of OFW with OFW Card they can use it as substitute for OEC.
