Bagong Procedure ng PAL sa pag claim ng Ticket Tax refund ng OFW

 OFW kabayan, lalo na mga balik manggagawa, meron na namang new procedure para makuha mo ung 550 Pesos refund mo sa ticket base ito sa experience ko last April 2024 nung pagbalik ko sa abroad.

Sa NAIA terminal 1 at sa iba pang terminal noon ay napakabilis lang ng pagkuha ng refund, ang requirements, boarding pass, OEC at passport pila kalang saglit at ipakita ang mga ito tapos makukuha mo na ung 550 pesos, ngayon nagulat ako parang pinahirap.

Mas maiinis ka kapag mahaba na ang pila at pagdating mo doon sa claim eh may kulang pa pala. Kelangan mo muna pumunta doon sa boarding gate para humingi ng printout for claim, tapos babalik ka ulit doon sa taass para pumila ulit. Ang pinagtataka ko lang bakit ginawang kumplekado.

Sana doon nalang din sila tumambay sa malapit sa airline boarding gate.

The Philippine Department of Migrant Workers has just announce the first step to get the OFW unpaid claims in Saudi Companies. The displaced Overseas Filipino Workers must send email to saudiclaims@dmw.gov.ph in order to assessed and register in the list to finalized the claims before DMW meeting with Saudi Ministry of Human Resources. The Deadline until May 1, 2023

To all OFWs with unpaid claims and wages from their previous company in Saudi Arabia that has declared bankruptcy from year 2015 to 2019 may send email DMW for quick assistance.

No Need Pre Departure Form Starting May 1, 2023 (Manila Airport)

 The Philippine Bureau of Immigration will stop requiring to Fill information on Paper for Pre Departure Passengers in International Airports, including NAIA Terminal 1, 2 and 3.

All Passengers Departing and Arriving Should go to Philippine Etravel Portal to Fill the Information and get the QR Code. In case passengers missed the requirement they can use the online Facilities that will be provided on the Airport or use the WIFI to access the portal in their cellphones.

The step is to save time in the immigration process.

Just like Arrival, simple steps to fill the Form and upload some necessary documents. When QR code is generated you can save to your mobile or make a print screen from your mobile. You may also print the QR code hardcopy for your convenience.

Just like the other countries international airport, The Philippine is slowly moving forward to improved the process of immigration check and will provide satisfaction to both passengers and immigration officers.

As per Bureau of Immigration Technical Working Group, just like the arriving passengers, they can start to fill the information in the Portal at least 72 hours before their flight, also do not forget to be in the Airport 4 to 3 Hours before the flight to avoid long queues.

Japanese Language Training for OFW is Free

POEA or Philippine Overseas Employment Administration ay nakatanggap ng balita na ang ibang Japanese Training Language ay naniningil ng Bayad or Fee sa mga Nagaaply na OFW (Overseas Filipino Workers). Ayon sa Philippine Overseas Employment Administration ito ay libre at hindi dapat sinisingil ang mga aplikanteng OFW papuntang Japan.

Ang Programang TITP (Technical Internship Training Program) na may kasunduan ng Japan at POEA na naglalayong walang bayad sa training, bagkus ang lahat ng bayarin sa mga processos at training ay dapat na babayaran ng Employer sa Japan. Ang mga aplikanteng OFW na sasabak sa training ay hindi dapat magbayad sa Language traning sapagkat ito ay babayaran din ng Employer sa kanila, na ang kahulugan ay dodoble ang kita ng Language Traning or nga Agency dahil naningil na ito sa OFW. It ay isang malinaw na pandaraya o paglabag ng employment agency or ng Langauage traning sa kasunduan.

Ang Kasunduan po ng Japan at Philippines sa OFW training ay libre, meron pong ibang agency hindi nila controlado ang mga gastusin kaya kelangan mag bayad sila, ngunit sa kasunduan ng fly now pay later, hindi parin po kelangan magbayad ang ofw, bagkus ito ay may buwanang kaltas sa sweldo kapag nakapagumpisa nang magtrabaho.

Para po makaiwas sa bayarin kelangan komunsulta sa POEA bago tumanggap ng offer mag process galing sa Agency.

Saudi Arabia Temporarily Suspends all Flights Coming and From Philippines, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Pakistan and Philippines. There is still no information about the dates to resume of Suspension of Flights.

Due to the rise of huge number of Corona Virus (Covid 19) cases from the East Asian Countries the Kingdom postpones all travel excepts health care workers with exit and reentry visas, new hire workers and citizens.

Sa Desyembre ngayon 2019 ay ang nalalapit na pagbubukas ng isang Departamento ng Gobyerno ng Pilipinas para sa mga Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) ito ay ang OFW Department para sa mga Landbase Workers at Seabase Workers o sa mga trabahador na legal na nagtatrabaho sa ibang bansa o di kaya illegal na dapat iligtas ng gobyerno.

Ayon sa Balita ngayon July 15, inihayag ni Presidente Rodrigo Duterte ang pag oorganisa ng Departamentong OFW at magbubukas sa serbisyo simula ngayon December. Ang mga OFW ay natutuwa sa ganitong balita, ngunit malalaman lang natin ang kakayahan nito pag ito ay na implementa na, kelangan maramdaman ng mga ofw ang ginhawa ng pagprosesso sa pag alis, pag apply at paraan ng pagrerenew ng mga dokumento gaya ng balik manggagawa. Kelangan ng mga nag aabroad ang mabilis na processo walang kalituhan at maayos na sistema sa pag rerenew.

Sa balitang ito, sinasabi na ang lahat ng Recruitment Agencies for abroad ay mapapasailalam sa sistema ng gobyerno at saklaw nito ang one stop shop na process, ibig sabihin sa isang puntahan mo nandoon na ang lahat na dapat asikasuhin at hindi kana palipatlipat. Kelangan ng OFW ang malinaw na Sistema at instruksyon, lalo na sa mga household workers. Sa aking pagkakaintindi nandoon na ang lahat, OWWA, POEA, SSS, Pag-Ibig, Agencies, at ibang ameneties na kekelanganin ng mga ofw sa pag processo.

Sa ngayon kelangan ng mga OFW ang tulong sa mga pag asikaso ng kanilang mga benepisyo.

OFW Balik-Pinas! Balik-Hanapbuhay! Program

Sa mga returning OFW's meron po tayong pagkakataon mag simula ng sarili nating negosyo sa pamamagitang ng hanap buhay program ng OWWA, Kahit ikaw ay active or non active member ibig sabihin kahit hindi ka nakabayad nung nakaraang OWWA renewal ay qualitfied ka parin. Kapag ikaw ay na relieve or natanggal sa trabaho dahil sa mga hindi mo inaasahang pagkakataon at napauwi ng ating bansa.

Ayon sa website ng OWWA kapag ikaw ay biktima ng mga hindi mo inaasahan o hindi mo control tulad ng termination, reforms ng bansang pinagtrabahuan, biktima ng illegal recruitment, human trafficking or kahit na anong distress na sitwasyon.

Ang OWWA ay nagbibigay ng mga started kit para makapag simula at training sa kung anong negosyong gusto mong simulan.

Kapag ikaw naman ay sakaling kinapos sa puhunan, makakapag apply kadin ng negosyo loan sa OWWA sa halagang kelangan mo.

Sa tulad nating mga ofw, ay kelangan talagang maghanda at magplano paguwi ng Pilipinas para hindi mauwi sa wala ang ating mga pinaghirapan.
